3. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Times: Standard processing times apply to ready-to-wear items. 

Delivery Delays: Shipping times are estimates provided by third-party carriers. Pressure Customs is not liable for carrier delays, weather delays, or lost packages once handed over to the shipping service. 

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Redelivery fees for returned packages due to incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Non-Custom Items: Unworn, unwashed standard merchandise with original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery as per our return policy at Pressure Customs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error. 

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Pressurecustoms@gmail.com within 5-7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item.

6. Intellectual Property & Store Content

All content on this website—including logos, product designs, graphics, branding, photos, and text—is the exclusive property of Pressure Customs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our explicit written permission.
